Bandland's

1. All instruments must be rented for a minimum of two (2) months.
2. Instruments may be rented to own with a down payment (1st month) and 24 monthly payments.
3. The consumer may purchase the instrument in one payment by taking a 20% discount off the remaining balance.
4. After the final rent payment is made, the instrument becomes the property of the consumer.
5. You will receive a payment book and all payments made apply toward purchase or, your payment can be debited monthly to a credit or check/debit card.
6. The instrument may be returned to BANDLAND at any time, with no further obligation, provided the payments are current.
7. The renter must notify BANDLAND of any changes of home address, school, or if you want to return the instrument to your band director.
8. If the instrument is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the consumer is responsible for payment in full of any outstanding balance.
9. Late charges of $5.00 will be assessed to each payment received after 10 days from the due date.
10. Free maintenance and warranty work on the rented instrument can only be performed by BANDLAND or the manufacturer.
11. No Refunds.

The basic beginning rental instruments are: Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Alto Sax, Bell Kit, and Drum Kit.
